Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 2 business days.
We offer FREE SHIPPING WORLWIDE. All orders are shipped via Registered Air Mail. Delivery times are usually 10 - 15 business days. If requested, we will also be happy to ship via priority mail for an extra charge.
In order to abide by postal regulations with regards to weight and size of packages, we may at our discretion ship your order in 2 or more packages.

Returns Policy
All our products undergo rigorous testing before despatch. We are so confident on the quality of our merchandise that you are welcome to return your purchase any time within 90 days. Please e-mail us at returns@fourthgen.net within 90 days of merchandise receipt to initiate a return or exchange. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).
Returned merchandise must be in original packaging and in original, saleable condition.
Upon the receipt of your returned merchandise, you will be issued a replacement item at no additional shipping cost or a refund of your purchase amount less any shipping and handling fees if originally charged. Refunds will be issued in the same form as initially paid.
