Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 2 to 4 business days.
We offer FREE SHIPPING WORLWIDE. All orders are shipped via Registered Air Mail from our factory in India. Delivery times are usually 10 - 15 business days from date of despatch. If requested, we will also be happy to ship via priority mail for an extra charge.
In order to abide by postal regulations with regards to weight and size of packages, we may at our discretion ship your order in 2 or more packages.
In the unlikely event that your items are unavailable, we will contact you right away.

Returns Policy
All our products undergo rigorous testing before despatch. We are so confident on the quality of our merchandise that you are welcome to return your purchase any time within 90 days. Please e-mail us at fourthgen@aol.com within 90 days of merchandise receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
Returned merchandise must be in original packaging. Opening or tampering or using the product in a manner, method or purpose other than that stated on our website or accompanying written instructions will render our warranty null and void. Our liability extends only to our product
Returns are handled through our US office for the convenience of our customers. Upon the receipt of your returned merchandise, you will be issued a replacement item at no additional shipping cost or a refund of your purchase amount less shipping and handling charges. Refunds will be issued in the same form as initially paid.
