Our products ship from our factory in India by registered air mail. This is delivered to you by USPS (United States Postal Service) in the US and regular postal service in other countries.

We normally ship within 2-4 business days. Postal delivery times are between 10-15 business days (not counting holidays and weekends). Sometimes it can take longer owing to customs or postal requirements and your location.

In order to abide by postal regulations with regards to weight and size of packages, we may at our discretion ship your order in 2 or more packages.

Our items are shipped by registered air mail hence a signature is required at delivery. If there is no one available to sign for the item, the post office will leave a notification for re-delivery or for the item to be picked up.

In the event that the item is not claimed within a certain number of days (depending on your country's postal policy), the item will get returned to us. Items will also get returned if your address is incorrect. In such cases we can re-ship the parcel to you but will have to charge shipping/handling fees. If a refund is issued we will deduct original shipping/handling fees as these would have already been incurred by us. Any returned, refused or undeliverable packages will incur the actual shipping fees of the order and are not refundable.

To date none of our packages have been levied any customs duties however in case there are any, the customer will be solely responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with their purchase.
