How are you able to offer such low prices?
We are the manufacturers and ship directly from our factory in India. Therefore we can pass the savings on to you.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
All orders are shipped via Registered Air Mail from India and generally take between 10 - 15 business days for delivery. We will inform you as soon as your order ships so you know when to expect it.
What is your performance guarantee on the products?
All our products undergo rigorous testing before despatch. We are so confident on the quality of our products that you are welcome to return your purchase any time within 90 days. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 90 days of merchandise receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
Returned merchandise must be in original packaging. Opening or tampering or using the product in a manner, method or purpose other than that stated on our website or accompanying written instructions will render our warranty null and void. Our liability extends only to our product
Do you give discounts for bulk purchases?
Yes for many items our website offers very generous discounts for bulk purchases.
What payment methods do you accept?
We welcome payment by the following methods:
Online credit card payment via our own secure server or Paypal or Google Checkout
Checks and Money Orders in US$ drawn on a US bank.
International Money Orders in US$. These can be obtained from your post office or bank or Western Union office
For all payment methods other than credit cards, we will email you payment information after receipt of your order.
Is shopping on your website secure?
Yes absolutely. Shopping cart pages in which you enter your credit card data is encrypted by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. Moreover, all credit card information is directly processed by Paypal or Google Checkout which means that at no point do we have access to or store any of your credit card information.
Do you accept returns?
We have a very easy returns policy. For the convenience of our customers we handle returns through our US office. We are confident that you will love our products. However if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail us at email@example.com within 90 days of merchandise receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
Upon the receipt of your returned merchandise, you will be issued a replacement of the item or a refund of your purchase amount less shipping and handling fees. Refunds will be issued in the same form as initially paid.

YES. The price you see is your final price. No additional charges.
Will I have to pay import duties?
So far none of our customers in any country have had to pay any import duties. However, we are unable to guarantee this as we have no control over import duties and we cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.
Do you have any retail locations?
Currently we only sell through the internet and have no other retail locations.
